We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, integrated, and high-performing SAP solutions that align with business goals and enterprise architecture standards. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across SAP modules and a proven track record in guiding complex SAP implementations, migrations, and integration efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect end-to-end SAP solutions across modules including FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, and others.
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture and robust SAP solution designs.
- Ensure SAP solutions align with overall enterprise architecture and IT strategy.
- Provide architectural leadership and oversight throughout SAP project lifecycles, including greenfield and brownfield implementations, as well as system upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution consistency, quality, and performance.
- Drive SAP S/4HANA migration and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Design and implement integration strategies between SAP and non-SAP systems using middleware solutions.
- Ensure data consistency, process orchestration, and system interoperability across platforms.
- Define and enforce SAP architectural standards, governance practices, and technical guidelines.
- Conduct technical reviews and provide assurance on SAP solution designs and implementations.
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders, presenting architectural options and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP solution architecture and system implementation.
- Proven knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including experience in migration or implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of systems integration, enterprise applications, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Experience with APIs, microservices architecture, Agile, and DevOps practices.
- Solid understanding of security frameworks and data privacy compliance.
- Mining industry experience is preferred and considered an advantage.
