We are seeking a visionary Enterprise Architect to drive the strategic alignment of business goals with IT capabilities across the organization. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining a holistic architecture vision that encompasses business, data, application, and technology domains. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and governance skills, along with deep knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain enterprise-wide architecture frameworks, standards, and principles (e.g., TOGAF).
  • Create and evolve high-level architecture blueprints that align business processes with IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Govern IT investments, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and promoting system interoperability.
  • Lead the development of target architecture and transition roadmaps to support digital transformation and innovation.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define and validate architecture strategies and ensure buy-in.
  • Provide architectural guidance and oversight across major programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously assess emerging technologies and trends to guide future-state architecture.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for executive and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • TOGAF Certified
  • Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA)
  • AWS/Azure/GCP Architecture Certifications (a plus)
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or solution architecture roles.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Proven experience designing enterprise-level architecture covering business, data, application, and technology domains.
  • Demonstrated success in governing IT portfolios and managing architecture governance processes.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with executive leadership.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, modern application architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
