The role
SFDC Administrator, will be responsible for managing, updating, and maintaining customer and account data within Salesforce. The position directly support the company’s operational efficiency, decision-making, and customer relationship management

Key responsibilities and success factors
- Maintain and update customer account records in Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all data points
- Follow established procedures, service level agreements (SLAs), and data governance standards to uphold the integrity and reliability of customer and account information
- Account data management
- Review and process new account approval requests, ensuring they meet company standards and data quality guidelines
- Execute account amendments including changes to account names, ownership transfers, and updates to trading status
- Manage and update account hierarchies through parenting adjustments to accurately reflect organizational structures
- Perform contact and account merges to remove duplicates and maintain a single, clean source of truth within the system
- Support company processes by handling the Unapproved Out of Business workflow and ensuring appropriate classification and status updates for inactive accounts
- Conduct credit checks for UK-based customers in line with company finance procedures and risk management policies
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Finance Operations teams to clarify and validate data change requests, ensuring smooth and efficient process execution
