You will be part of a dynamic, international team building and supporting high-impact solutions in AWS and Azure environments, contributing to the global digital transformation of cloud infrastructure operations.

About the Team
You’ll be joining the Cloud Control Center – a central support and monitoring organization responsible for the health, performance, and incident management of public cloud infrastructure across the enterprise. This DevOps-driven team develops automated monitoring, dashboarding, and alerting solutions to ensure seamless operations and visibility into mission-critical systems.

RequirementsCore Responsibilities

  • Develop AI-driven reporting and monitoring solutions for AWS & Azure infrastructure.

  • Design, implement, and maintain insightful dashboards, health monitors, and alerting tools.

  • Automate ETL workflows and optimize data transformations.

  • Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and refine user stories with stakeholders.

  • Provide DevOps support and maintain cloud infrastructure monitoring systems.

  • Continuously enhance reporting solutions using modern technologies and best practices.

  • Provide standby support (one week per month rotation) for global cloud infrastructure operations.

  • Contribute to the migration of legacy reporting systems to modern platforms.

  • Act as a data advocate, driving cloud visibility and data-driven decision making.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in BI, data visualization, and database systems.

  • Expertise in data analysis, dashboarding, and report development.

  • Hands-on with AWS QuickSight or similar tools.

  • Proficient in Python for data automation and transformation tasks.

  • Solid understanding of relational databases and ETL workflows.

  • Familiarity with UX principles for reporting and front-end design.

  • Strong knowledge of AWS or Azure (min. 3 years).

  • Experience with incident, change, and problem management (ITIL-based).
