Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver medium to large-scale projects or manage multiple smaller initiatives concurrently. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget, operating with a high degree of independence and ownership. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, cross-functional team leadership, and expertise in both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver medium-sized projects from initiation through to completion within agreed scope, timeframes, and budgets.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of larger projects or multiple simultaneous smaller initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment across all project contributors.
  • Develop detailed project plans, defining milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Monitor and track project progress, proactively identifying risks and managing issues.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, backlog refinements, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations effectively, ensuring transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning to ensure optimal delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement and incorporate feedback into future project planning and execution.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years’ experience in project management, preferably within a PMO or structured delivery environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management frameworks: Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
  • Project Management certification preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master (or equivalent).
  • Proven ability to lead without direct authority and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in project budgeting, resource planning, and forecasting.
  • Ability to navigate organizational change and lead projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly under pressure.
  • High level of accountability, ownership, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in project planning and tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar.
