A dynamic, high-performing cloud consultancy is looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of multiple IT transformation projects across internal and external teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and understands the intricacies of cloud migration and digital transformation.
About the Role
Working directly with the Head of Operations and cross-functional teams, you’ll be responsible for delivering impactful cloud-related projects on time and within scope. You’ll develop clear project plans, align stakeholders, mitigate risks, and champion accountability – all while ensuring that client expectations are exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain structured project plans across multiple streams
- Lead weekly project meetings and update stakeholders on progress
- Align internal teams and vendors to meet project milestones
- Provide coaching, support, and feedback to team members
- Monitor risks and adjust plans to ensure successful delivery
- Delegate project tasks in collaboration with the Migration team manager
- Ensure deliverables are aligned with business and client objectives
- Track timelines, budgets, and outcomes with precision
You’ll Need
- 8-10 years’ experience managing IT-focused projects
- 3-5 years in a project leadership or PMO role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage complexity across stakeholders and priorities
- Grade 12/Matric
- Project Management certification or diploma (PMP, AgilePM, or equivalent preferred but not essential)
