About the Opportunity
We’re working with a cutting-edge UK/European fintech company embarking on the development of an AI-driven platform in the digital compliance and identity space. As part of this ambitious initiative, we’re looking for a Senior Developer Team Lead / Scrum Master to join the project at its early stages and play a key role in both technical delivery and team leadership.
This is a hands-on leadership position, ideal for someone passionate about building robust, event-driven systems using .NET (C#) and React, while also steering a high-performing development team. You’ll engage directly with international stakeholders, guide project delivery from inception, and contribute to both architectural decisions and team culture.
RequirementsWhat You’ll Do
- Lead the delivery of a new greenfield fintech platform using C# (.NET) and React
- Guide and mentor a team of developers, fostering technical excellence and growth
- Work closely with client-side stakeholders in a highly collaborative, agile setup
- Own delivery processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and progress tracking
- Support and grow a distributed remote development team
- Influence architectural decisions with a focus on scalable, event-driven systems
- Balance technical execution, people leadership, and client engagement
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Proven leadership in a Team Lead or Development Manager role
- Deep expertise with .NET (C#) and React in production environments
- Strong experience leading agile delivery in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and microservices
- Confident communicator and collaborative partner to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experienced in mentoring, feedback, and team coaching
- Structured, reliable, and self-motivated with a proactive mindset
Nice to Have
- Scrum Master experience or agile certifications
- Experience building platforms from the ground up
- Exposure to the fintech or compliance space
