RequirementsKey Requirements:
- 5–8 years’ experience applying Agile methodologies.
- Proven leadership of technical teams using Scrum.
- Strong project management skills.
- Financial or accounting background (preferred).
- Solid understanding of demand and forecast planning.
- Certified Scrum Master; experience as a team lead.
- Knowledge of Agile tools, facilitation, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
- Growth mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
