A fast-growing Fintech is looking for a DevOps Engineer who can help them scale infrastructure that’s already trusted by some of the most ambitious players entering new markets.

This role sits at the core of their product delivery and uptime. You’ll work closely with engineers, have a direct line to leadership, and be encouraged to challenge legacy thinking in how systems are deployed, monitored, and secured.

If you’re a DevOps Engineer who enjoys putting good tools in place, automating, and knows that systems will be efficient because you built them right then this role is for you. There’s also complexity which is perfect for a Professional that enjoys balancing performance with compliance, or engineering for both developers and customers.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a DevOps role
  • Solid hands-on Terraform experience and a mindset aligned with Infrastructure-as-Code
  • Confidence in designing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions experience would be great)
  • Comfort with AWS and cloud-native architectures
  • A thoughtful approach to secure networks and privacy-first systems
  • Docker and Kubernetes know-how (Helm would be a plus)
  • Bash or Python scripting, especially around automation and server management
  • Exposure to monitoring and logging tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Graylog, or Opensearch
  • Familiarity with incident response frameworks or tools like PagerDuty
  • Clear communication and a practical approach to writing documentation

Responsibilities include:

  • Helping the team prevent incidents and leading when they do happen
