We are looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to lead a strategic transition initiative. This role requires deep experience in managing complex IT infrastructure projects and enterprise system migrations, particularly in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of an IT transition project, including infrastructure and service migration.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and continuity.

  • Oversee technical components such as domain migrations, network configuration, and Microsoft 365 environment setup.

  • Engage with internal teams and external partners to drive alignment and ensure timely execution.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Deliver clear and consistent updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated success as a Senior IT Project Manager, especially in transition or transformation projects.

  • In-depth knowledge of:

    • Networking infrastructure and principles

    • Microsoft 365 (M365) and domain migration

    • Enterprise IT integrations and organisational transitions

  • Experience with Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) systems; SAP experience is a strong advantage.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Self-motivated with excellent prioritisation and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum)

  • Experience managing cross-border or multinational IT initiatives

  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management best practices
