ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in Figma for designing user interfaces and prototypes
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles
- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, and user flows
- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing
- Expertise in designing for both web and mobile platforms
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset
- Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Business Analyst skills, including requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with other design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
- Understanding of data visualization and dashboard design
- Experience in conducting workshops and design sprints
- Knowledge of branding and graphic design principles
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Basic understanding of analytics tools to measure user experience
- German language skills
