Division: IT / Business Analysis
Position Purpose:
The Business Analyst will serve as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams, eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements to support project delivery and operational improvements. The role requires strong collaboration with product owners, developers, and users to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and document analysis
- Analyse and document business processes, needs, and translate them into clear, actionable requirements
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during project lifecycles, supporting design, development, and testing phases
- Assist in validating solutions through functional testing and user acceptance testing
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding
Qualifications and Skills required:
- Proven experience in business analysis or related role
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in IT, business, or related fields
