About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Architect to take on a critical role that blends technical excellence with strong business insight. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions—particularly within customer onboarding environments.
You’ll be expected to lead technical conversations, support multiple teams across portfolios, and actively contribute to architectural decisions in a fast-paced, Agile environment. A deep understanding of event-driven architectures, domain-driven design (DDD), and hands-on engagement with cloud platforms is key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Decompose complex business problems into implementable technical solutions.
- Provide leadership and mentorship across multiple delivery teams.
- Actively engage in solution design, architecture reviews, and code-level discussions.
- Drive technical excellence through application of architectural frameworks and modern development methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient systems.
Key Skills & ExperienceArchitecture & Cloud:
- Proficiency in architecture frameworks and methodologies.
- Deep hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP also considered).
- Experience in cloud-native development and cloud migration strategies.
Microservices & APIs:
- Strong experience designing and integrating microservices-based architectures.
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, gRPC, service discovery, and API gateways.
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC):
- Experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices and tools.
Security & Compliance:
- Knowledge of security standards and protocols including OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and mTLS.
Architecture Patterns:
- Deep understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Strong experience in event-driven systems, including event sourcing, CQRS, publish-subscribe, and stream processing (e.g., Kafka).
