Datatec has filed the required notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel as Dimensional Fund Advisors acquires a substantial percentage of the group’s shares.
Dimensional Fund Advisors is acting on behalf of itself and in its capacity as investment manager, and on behalf of its affiliates, who are also acting as investment managers of the accounts that hold beneficial ownership in the securities.
The total percentage of ordinary Datatec shares now held by Dimensional Fund Advisors is now 5,033%.
