Junior Web Administrator

The Junior Web Administrator should have the following qualifications and experience:
Junior web administrator:
- National Diploma in Information Technology (web development) NQF Level 6 or equivalent.
- 2 years’ experience in web administration.
- Project management qualifications is an added advantage.
DETAILED SCOPE OF WORK/SPECIFICATIONS
The detailed scope of work for the Junior Website Administrator is as follows:
- Manage Portal Support Mailbox (currently has 113 new user support requests)
- Promptly answer MRP web-support related emails, phone calls and other communications.
- Call mining companies (estimated at +/- 1300 mines) and assist them with registration on the portal.
- Provide inputs to the Knowledge and Information Office and the Culture Transformation Advisory Committee programme manager’s monthly reports.
- Engage relevant stakeholders on meetings to ensure maximum participation.
- Schedule workshops as and when required
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- A National Diploma in Information Technology (web development) NQF Level 6 or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ experience in web administration.
