Purpose:
Lead and manage enterprise-wide agile software projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy. Oversee planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and delivery while promoting agile best practices and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Agile methodologies to improve software quality and delivery.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and mentor teams on agile practices.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and manage change effectively.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and scope.
  • Track benefits, manage risks, and maintain governance standards.
  • Translate product requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and retrospectives.

Qualifications & Certifications:

  • Matric and relevant Honours Degree.
  • PMP/Prince2 and PGMP certifications (essential).
  • Scrum Master and Scaled Agile certifications (preferred).

Experience:

  • 8–10 years in project environments, with 2–3 years on medium to high complexity projects.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong grasp of project management, financial principles, and agile tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, governance, and risk controls.
