Purpose:
Lead and manage enterprise-wide agile software projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy. Oversee planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and delivery while promoting agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Agile methodologies to improve software quality and delivery.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and mentor teams on agile practices.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and manage change effectively.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and scope.
- Track benefits, manage risks, and maintain governance standards.
- Translate product requirements into actionable tasks.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and retrospectives.
Qualifications & Certifications:
- Matric and relevant Honours Degree.
- PMP/Prince2 and PGMP certifications (essential).
- Scrum Master and Scaled Agile certifications (preferred).
Experience:
- 8–10 years in project environments, with 2–3 years on medium to high complexity projects.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong grasp of project management, financial principles, and agile tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of industry trends, governance, and risk controls.
