This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new mobile application integrated with a loyalty programme, covering rollout to 28 countries. The role involves supporting the existing mobile app in parallel, managing senior client stakeholders, and co-developing the mobile strategy. You will lead a team of 20+ professionals and ensure successful integration with a new loyalty platform delivered by a partner organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale mobile app programme.

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and implement mobile strategy.

  • Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with external partners.

  • Oversee integration with loyalty platforms and ensure seamless user experience.

  • Ensure programme milestones are achieved, from pilot through rollout to 28 countries.

  • Support and advise on mobile CX strategy and digital product engineering.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in managing mobile app programme delivery.

  • Strong knowledge of AWS Cognito and end-to-end integration processes.

  • Ability to co-develop and execute mobile strategy.

  • 6–10 years’ experience as a Project Manager in Customer & Experience Transformation.

  • Experience managing global roll-outs and working in complex enterprise environments.

  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Additional Information

  • Travel required across Africa and occasionally to the UK (expenses covered).

  • Must hold a valid passport.
