We’re hiring Business Analysts on behalf of a leading financial services provider where insight, collaboration and problem-solving make a real impact. If you have a solid background in analysing business processes and translating them into practical solutions, this could be a great fit.
The role is focused on understanding business requirements, advising stakeholders, and working closely with systems and project teams to design and implement solutions that meet both business and technical needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing current and future business environments to identify gaps and opportunities
- Documenting requirements including data models, interface layouts, data flows, and report designs
- Collaborating with systems analysts and project managers to deliver within agreed constraints
- Owning user acceptance testing and ensuring protocols are followed
- Investigating requirements for business processes and feasibility studies
- Developing strategies and guidelines to improve business performance
- Supporting and facilitating workshops, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions for end users
- Reviewing processes, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Key requirements, among others:
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience at an intermediate level
- Proven ability to investigate, define, and document business and system requirements
- Strong skills in process design, analysis, and improvement
- Experience facilitating user acceptance testing and successful implementation of new systems or processes
- Exposure to financial services environments will be advantageous
