We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Technician to assist users across both corporate offices and remote locations. This role involves providing support for desktop computers, tablets, mobile devices, applications, and third-party vendor technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and mobile devices Install, configure, and test computer systems and peripherals Maintain and troubleshoot network servers and associated equipment Manage DNS settings and hosting environments for platforms such as Grafana and Power BI Oversee the hosted telephony system (3CX) Administer biometric access control systems Maintain accurate client documentation Perform general IT administrative tasks
