The Role: Intermediate BI Developer
This position supports the design, development, and optimisation of BI solutions. Youll be working on ETL pipelines, data modelling, reporting, and performance improvements while engaging with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines
- Perform data modelling and create/optimise data warehouses
- Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel
- Write complex SQL queries for analysis
- Monitor and improve performance of BI solutions
- Explore emerging BI technologies and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to meet data needs
About You
- IT Degree/Diploma
- 2+ years BI/SQL experience
- Strong MSSQL, SSIS, and ETL knowledge
- Power BI and Excel proficiency
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
- Collaborative and adaptable to dynamic environments
