- Lead end-to-end UX design (research ? concepts ? prototypes ? developer handoff).
- Conduct user research & usability testing with diverse stakeholders (students, supervisors, faculty, admin, SRC).
- Translate complex admin/academic processes into user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and prototypes.
- Create accessible, user-centric interfaces for multiple user types.
- Build and maintain a design system (style guides, reusable components).
- Collaborate with project managers, BAs, developers, and stakeholders.
- Iterate designs using data and user feedback.
- Champion human-centered design throughout the lifecycle.
- Support developers for accurate implementation.
