As the ICT Technician: Networks (LAN), you’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining and optimising our Local Area Network infrastructure. From configuring network devices to resolving connectivity issues, your role is critical in ensuring our internal systems run seamlessly and securely.
Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Installing and maintaining LAN components (switches, routers, wireless APs)
  • Troubleshooting network faults and VoIP systems
  • Supporting mobile and desktop connectivity
  • Assisting in ICT audits and infrastructure upgrades
  • Ensuring compliance with ICT policies, security standards, and SLAs
  • Coordinating with mobile and VoIP service providers
  • Supporting office moves and network expansions
  • Qualifications:
    National Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer Science
    CompTIA N+ Certification (required)
    ITIL Foundation & CompTIA Cloud+ (advantageous)
  • Experience:
    1+ years in LAN support and structured cabling
    Hands-on experience with network hardware (switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi)
    Exposure to Azure/cloud networking (a plus)
    Knowledge of VoIP technologies (e.g. Microsoft Teams, softphones)
