Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education: BSc, BEng, or BTech in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) discipline, or equivalent experience (BTS) with relevant mining industry experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analyst role within the mining industry
Compulsory Hardskills:
- Mine Monitoring and Control Technologies (i.e., Collision Avoidance, Fleet Management, Payload Monitoring, Asset Management, Machine Guidance for Loading and Drilling)
- mining value chain from pit to port
- Understanding of surface mining operations, including drilling, blasting, hauling and processing
