Provide Oracle support and maintenance for a FSD Oracle division in support of Organisation: (Projects, Programmes, new Demands and Support)- Backfill
- Support the unit in fulling it’s mandate of providing support for Oracle financial suite of modules throughout the organisation.
- High focus on the asset life cycle value chain and ensuring accuracy in underlying data
- Facilitating new enhancements and demands from business units as and when the need arises and ensuring that solutions deployed are fit-for purpose and optimal.
- Be a trusted advisor to business on best of breed financial processes from an Oracle perspective and align business requirements and solutions accordingly.
- Take accountability for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of the solutions for the business including training where applicable and ensure that solutions implemented are innovative.
Education and experience:
- A tertiary qualification (NQF6), degree (NQF7) in the field of specialisation OR equivalent industry-specific certifications AND
- Minimum eight years’ experience in application analysis/architecture and/or design and/or enterprise architecture and/or solutions architecture.
- A postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- Oracle certification both for on-prem and cloud would be an advantage.
