Are you ready to launch your career in business analysis and make a real impact? A forward-thinking organisation is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support enterprise performance initiatives, system integration, and process optimisation across dynamic business units.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and process analysis
- Support system testing, integration efforts, and post-deployment validation
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure business needs are accurately translated into technical solutions
- Perform basic SQL queries and data validation tasks
- Contribute to user documentation, training materials, and change management activities
- Help interpret API documentation and support integration discussions
OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE
- Degree in Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 2- 4 years’ experience in business or systems analysis (internships included)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Basic understanding of SQL, data models, and relational databases
- Exposure to Agile or Waterfall methodologies is a plus
- Bonus: Familiarity with WPF, HTML, or API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
YOUR REWARD
- Salary range: R400K – R600K CTC p.a.
