RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Lead and coach multiple scrum teams, ensuring alignment with agile principles.
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies – planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage sprint and product backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint delivery.
- Track and report on sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative, transparent, and empowered team environment.
- Ensure compliance with agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Experience & Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in IT or related field (essential).
- Certified Scrum Master / Agile Practitioner (essential).
- 3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple scrum teams.
- Proven delivery of IT solutions using agile methodologies.
- Experience in one or more functional areas:
- Digital / E-commerce
- Retail Services
- Planning & Merchandising
- Data & Analytics
- IT Financial Services
