We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our client’s Technology team in Bellville. You’ll bridge business needs and technical solutions – analysing, defining, and documenting requirements for bespoke web and mobile applications. The role involves improving processes, supporting development teams, and driving continuous system enhancement across the business.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related IT/Technical field
- 4+ years’ experience in Business Analysis (software, web, or mobile projects)
- Skilled in process mapping, documentation, testing, and change management
- Proficient in MS Excel, SQL, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics NAV / Business Central advantageous)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Valid Code 08 driver’s licence
Key Responsibilities: - Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
- Document workflows and identify opportunities for process automation
- Conduct gap and impact analyses for new and existing systems
- Collaborate with developers through all phases of the SDLC
- Perform functional, integration, and UAT testing
- Provide user support, reporting, and training using Excel and SQL
