Our clients in the consulting space are on the hunt for a Senior Support engineer based in the Westville area. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong technical capability and excellent customer service, with notable hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Windows 11 support, administration, imaging, updates, and patch management
  • Microsoft Intune device enrolment, policy deployment, compliance management, and remote support
  • Active Directory user and group management, OU structure, GPOs, password resets, and account provisioning
  • Networking fundamentals LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN connectivity, wireless troubleshooting, and endpoint connectivity issues
  • General end-user support across desktop, laptop, and peripheral environments

Requirements

  • Matric and a tertiary qualification
  • 5 – years’ experience es a support engineer
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and remote desktop tools.
