What you will be doing:

  • Administer service requests, resolve desktop security threats, and manage user accounts.
  • Attend meetings, update documentation, and process invoices.
  • Manage the issuance and return of work orders and resolve service requests according to SLA.

What our client is looking for:

  • Relevant qualifications (A+, N+, MCSA, or equivalent)
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an IT administrator.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory administration, desktop operating system installation, and Office 365 application support.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and work scheduling.
