What you will be doing:

  • Administer / support MS Active Directory and/or Entra ID, including creating, amending, and deleting user accounts.
  • Supporting end-user devices (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices), operating systems, and Office 365 apps.
  • Troubleshoot networking and security issues.
  • Monitor, investigate, and remediate security threats.
  • Support anti-virus and security solutions.
  • Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Office 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune)
  • Resolve service requests in adherence to SLAs.
  • Provide escalated support to IT Administrators.
  • Support voice applications, video conferencing, and biometric access control equipment.
  • Attend meetings and maintain accurate documentation.

What our client is looking for:

  • MCP/A+/N+/M365 Certified Administrator or equivalent
  • Experience in desktop support/Tier 1 IT Support Engineer
  • Experience with Office 365 and Azure installation and support, and installing and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
