What you will be doing:
- Design and document cross-platform workflows, ensuring seamless integration and interoperability between various tools (Asana, SharePoint, Salesforce, Slack).
- Identify inefficiencies, lead system improvements, and implement new systems, including a Learning Management System (LMS) and potentially AI-enabled tools.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence (BI) and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) for data alignment, support divisions and programs with system needs, and assist with change management and user adoption.
- Manage basic Salesforce administration and liaise with external support for complex tasks and integrations.
- Maintain system documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), support IT compliance, and align with security best practices and frameworks.
- Support IT enablement by liaising with tech support, monitoring helpdesk reports, and overseeing device access and asset reconciliation.
What our client is looking for:
- A relevant tertiary degree would be ideal (Information Systems, Business Administration, etc.)
- 5 years’ experience in Systems Analysis, Business Operations or IT coordination.
- Proven experience with Asana and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel), with advantageous exposure to Salesforce and LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle).
- Systems integration, workflow mapping, basic data literacy and reporting, documentation and SOP development, and IT asset tracking with vendor liaison.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, initiative, ownership, adaptability, attention to detail, compliance awareness, service orientation, and responsiveness.
