As a C# and SQL developer you will work with the senior technical architect doing customised development and integration for local and international clients. There is an exciting career path that may include international travel and long term incentives.
- BSc Computer Science or similar tertiary qualification
- Solid understanding of C#
- Basic knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, REST APIs, JSON, XML.
- Familiarity with databases and SQL (e.g. writing simple queries, joins, and updates).
- Understanding of version control (Azure DevOps).
- Awareness of software development life cycle (SDLC) and basic agile concepts.
- Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of new features and integrations.
- Support configuration and customisation of HR / ERP / Talent systems (e.g. TalentLink or similar platforms).
- Work with senior developers to build and maintain APIs, data mappings, and integrations between client systems and Prime Reason solutions.
- Help investigate and resolve defects, bugs, and performance issues.
- Contribute to technical documentation, including configuration guides, integration specs, and release notes.
- Collaborate with implementation and support teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
- Participate in code reviews, stand-ups, and sprint ceremonies as part of an agile delivery team.
