A well-established short term insurer is seeking to appoint a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach
This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement and ensure successful project delivery of the company’s strategic projects.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and a proven track record of leading Scrum teams to deliver high-quality products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor ‘s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Engineering or a related field is required
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is required
- Advanced certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or PMI-ACP is an advantage
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Proven experience in leading Scrum teams, preferably in insurance or finance related fields.
