RequirementsWhat You’ll Do
As the Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant, you will:

  • Take the technical lead across Dynamics 365 CRM, specialising in the Service Module

  • Design, build, and enhance CRM solutions that simplify processes and delight users

  • Develop and automate workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Canvas Apps, etc.)

  • Architect and support integrations with external systems

  • Apply your SSIS knowledge to support data migration and ETL processes

  • Act as a trusted advisor, using your technical insight to help the business extract maximum value from the Dynamics ecosystem

  • Work independently, solving challenges and delivering outstanding technical outcomes

What You Bring

? 8+ years of technical experience in Dynamics 365 CRM
? Strong background in the Service Module
? Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Canvas Apps)
? Integration expertise with external systems
? Understanding of SSIS and data processes
? Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
? Ability to think critically, troubleshoot creatively, and work autonomously
