Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an IT support or desktop support environment.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft products and Windows OS.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server environments (2008-2022).
- Exposure to VOIP/SIP technologies.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
Experience working with service desk or ticketing systems.
