Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an IT support or desktop support environment.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft products and Windows OS.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server environments (2008-2022).
  • Exposure to VOIP/SIP technologies.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.

Experience working with service desk or ticketing systems.
