Well established business seeking to appoint a Business Analyst
The Business Analyst is expected to possess advanced analytical capabilities, a comprehensive understanding of systems, and expertise in optimizing business processes.
Responsibilities include documenting and analyzing business processes, contributing to process reengineering initiatives, and ensuring that systems and workflows effectively support the organization’s strategic objectives
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Informatics.
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, financial systems, or process improvement.
- Exposure to financial operations and enterprise systems in a professional services or legal environment is a plus.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
- Familiarity with financial systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, Aderant would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Experience working cross-functionally with finance and data teams.
