The Business Analyst will capture, analyse, and document business requirements, support software delivery, and facilitate change management, testing, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and document business functions, processes, and system requirements
  • Liaise between end-users and IT for system analysis, design, testing, and maintenance
  • Develop requirements for new systems or enhancements
  • Plan and conduct process improvement initiatives
  • Support project management, training, and mentoring
  • Participate in testing, user acceptance, and quality assurance

Requirements
Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree advantageous but not mandatory; other relevant degrees considered
  • Diploma in Business Analysis or software development – advantageous

Experience:

  • 4+ years’ experience in business analysis, process analysis, and bespoke web or mobile projects
  • Advanced Excel and MS Office; SQL – advantageous
  • FMCG or Dynamics NAV / Business Central experience – advantageous
  • Valid driver’s license

  • Strong planning, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Adaptable to change and fast-paced environments
