What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
You’ll be spearheading end-to-end delivery of financial technology projects, aligning outcomes with strategic business objectives. Expect to work closely with developers, product managers, QA teams, and stakeholders to define scope, manage risks, and keep projects on track. You’ll utilise Agile, Scrum or other methodologies to drive efficiency and clarity, while overseeing KPIs, compliance, and stakeholder reporting. Your ability to anticipate roadblocks and implement mitigation strategies will make you an invaluable contributor to the team’s success.

What you’ll need
You’ll hold a degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, with over five years of project management experience-at least two of those within FinTech. You bring a solid technical background in IT or software development, and you’re well-versed in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. Experience in financial technologies such as payment systems or banking applications will give you an edge. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM are highly desirable, and experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is essential.
