What you will be doing:

  • Collaborate with clients, IT, and internal business areas to deliver system solutions and ensure process adherence.
  • Provide first-line system and business process support, handle client communication, and manage scope changes.
  • Manage and participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, testing, training, and deployment.
  • Manage operational prioritisation, participate in meetings, and handle reporting.
  • Perform system/environment administration, release management, and configuration, and support developers with requirements clarification.
  • Identify and implement improvements for service quality, accuracy, compliance, and productivity, and continuously develop personal skills.

What our client is looking for:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
  • 3-5 years’ relevant experience required.
  • Expertise in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management processes.
  • Strong client service management experience is essential.
  • Must possess meticulous attention to detail.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills needed.
