DBN000215 – Junior Project Manager – Pinetown

Purpose of the Job:

To support the delivery of BPO and digital transformation projects and ensure they meet timelines, scope, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years’ experience in project management, coordination, or business analysis
  • Knowledge of BPO, IT system implementations, or process automation is a plus
  • Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or similar field
  • Project management certification is desirable
  • Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems

Technical Competencies & Experience:

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking of timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Coordinate tasks across cross-functional teams
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports
  • Support testing phases to ensure requirements are met
  • Assist with reporting and data analysis using ERP systems
