The Public Investment Corporation (PIC) has increased its shareholding in Datatec.
The entity now owns 20,55% of the total issued ordinary shares in the company.
Datatec has accordingly filed the required notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
Datatec received notification of this shareholding change yesterday (15 January).
