- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for application projects.
- Support the design and implementation of business solutions that meet client needs.
- Assist in preparing functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and feasibility studies.
- Support testing activities, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) coordination and defect tracking.
- Provide reporting and updates to project managers and other co-workers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and documentation of best practices.
- Liaise with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, IIBA ECBA, or Agile BA certification) are a bonus.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2 years of experience in applications projects or related business analysis roles.
- Strong understanding of business processes and application development lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a consulting environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Any experience with Dynatrace or application performance monitoring tools is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
