?? What You Will Own
- End-to-end delivery of high-impact, business-critical projects
- Direct engagement with the CEO and executive leadership
- Accountability for project governance, risk, budget, timelines, and quality
- Leadership of cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, Finance, Compliance, Underwriting & Claims
- Proactive identification and resolution of risks and delivery blockers
- Executive-level reporting with clear, data-driven insights
- Ensuring alignment with regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements
- Driving continuous improvement in project execution standards
?? What It Takes to Succeed
- 7+ years’ project management experience, preferably in Insurance or Financial Services
- Proven delivery of complex, enterprise-wide initiatives
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capability
- Solid commercial and financial acumen, including budget ownership
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or similar (BCom preferred)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (strongly preferred)
