?? About the Role
You’ll play a key role in managing medium-to-large IT projects that drive operational efficiency and modernization across mining operations. From digital platforms and automation to data-driven solutions, you’ll help bring cutting-edge technology into one of the world’s most vital industries.
?? Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects focused on digital transformation within mining operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure project success
- Develop project plans, track progress, and manage budgets and timelines
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Report on project outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
?? Ideal Candidate
- 4–6 years of IT project management experience, with exposure to the mining industry
- Hands-on experience delivering digital transformation projects (ERP, cloud, automation, analytics)
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- BSc Information Technology or relevant undergraduate degree PMP, Prince 2, Agile.
