The Project Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality finance-related system projects, ensuring objectives and business requirements are met
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of multiple high-impact finance systems projects across business areas.
- Apply project management principles throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery and operational handover.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and opportunities proactively.
- Provide guidance, motivation, and facilitation to project teams.
- Develop and implement practical project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
Work Experience
Required:
- 5–7 years experience managing projects in a corporate environment, preferably finance systems.
- Proven track record managing multiple projects concurrently.
Preferred:
- Experience in system implementations, method adoption, or project management in a finance or technology environment.
- Familiarity with Group Finance systems or enterprise resource planning (ERP) projects.
Education / Qualifications
Required:
- Tertiary qualification (Degree or Diploma)
Preferred:
- Project Management certification or formal training
