Techstack: BI Development, PowerBI, Sage HR, TimeXtender (Nice to have), SSIS, TSQL, SQL, SSRS, ETL, Integration knowledge, Data Analysis (Know how)

Business Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions supporting HR, finance, and manufacturing use cases, including workforce analytics, headcount, turnover, payroll-related insights, and departmental reporting.
  • Develop KPI-driven dashboards and enterprise reports to support management decision-making across finance, HR, and operations.
  • Design and deliver SSRS reports, including Debtors Analysis, HR workforce reports, and Manufacturing Expense Control reports.

Data Integration & Warehousing:

  • Develop and maintain robust SSIS packages to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data into Operational Data Stores (ODS) and Enterprise Data Warehouses.
  • Integrate HR and payroll data from Sage (e.g. Sage 300 / Sage People) into enterprise BI and reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Implement dimensional data models to support scalable and performant reporting solutions across HR, finance, and manufacturing domains.
  • Utilise TimeXtender for data warehouse design, dimensional modelling, and deployment of database objects for enterprise reporting.

Database & SQL Development:

  • Write and maintain optimised T-SQL queries, views, and stored procedures to support BI and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL procedures to feed reporting solutions with real-time financial, HR, and operational data.
  • Integrate data from enterprise systems such as Sage HR/Payroll, Oracle Financials, Maximo, and manufacturing source systems.

Manufacturing & Operational Analytics:

  • Develop reporting solutions for manufacturing expense control, enabling real-time tracking of budget, commitments, and actual costs.
  • Deliver end-to-end BI solutions for shop-floor systems, including quality and defect reporting, such as coil-level pass/fail analytics from surface defect scanning systems.
  • Support engineers, HR, finance, and operations teams with timely, reliable production, workforce, and quality insights.

Monthly salary + 15 days annual leave.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 4 + years of experience in Business Intelligence Development
  • Knowledge of mining / Engineering / Manufacturing (beneficial)
