Exciting Opportunity: Senior Business Analyst – WMS Project
Are you a seasoned Business Analyst ready to make an impact in the retail and supply chain space? We’re looking for a Certified Senior BA with a passion for process improvement and a proven track record in delivering results.
What you’ll do:
- Plan and strategize your approach to BA work, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Facilitate engaging workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions with stakeholders.
- Elicit, capture, and document clear and actionable requirements (BRDs, user stories).
- Analyze and document current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) processes, identifying gaps and driving improvements.
- Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
RequirementsWhat we’re looking for:
- Certified Business Analyst with 8+ years’ experience.
- Experience in retail and supply chain / distribution centres.
- Comfortable working in Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
