Key Responsibilities
? Turning strategy into clear execution roadmaps
? Tracking progress, risks, and dependencies across major initiatives
? Aligning stakeholders across multiple functions (without direct authority)
? Supporting executive governance and steering forums
? Helping teams translate transformation into day-to-day operational reality
Minimum Requirements
– Have strong retail / store / field experience
– Have led or supported transformation or complex project environments
– Are highly structured, organized, and comfortable managing ambiguity
– Can influence and align diverse stakeholders
– Enjoy working where strategy meets operations
