About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant to support Talent Management and HR operations within our global IT environment. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operations of SAP SuccessFactors and delivering high-quality support to users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve incident and service request tickets related to SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Collaborate with 1st and 3rd Level Support to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Handle ticket dispatching within and across teams, cluster incidents, and create problem tickets and user stories.
  • Respond to queries from colleagues and stakeholders professionally and timely.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency (e.g., automation initiatives).

RequirementsEssential Skills:

  • SAP SuccessFactors technical operations experience across modules.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Advantageous Skills:

  • Deep technical knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions.
  • Understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., Integration Center, CPI).
  • Exposure to multinational work environments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP SuccessFactors support or operations.
