Tracker has appointed Silvia Schollenberger as its new chief commercial officer, effective from 3 March 2026.
Schollenberger will lead the new Tracker commercial business area, overseeing the product, sales, marketing and customer operations. This brings Tracker’s customer-facing capabilities into a single area and strengthens collaboration across the full customer journey, ensuring the company continues to deliver the care and protection its customers rely on.
Her career includes senior commercial, strategy, operations and performance improvement roles at Afrox, as well as her most recent position as divisional MD within the Servest Group, where she led diverse teams and improved financial and operational performance to deliver sustained profitable growth.
